IZONIBE HSE

In Izonibe Oil and Gas Marine Limited, compliance to HSE Principles and standards is the backbone of our performance and success. As a mooring company that ensures the safe berthing of all kinds of tankers at the SBM’s for loading and discharge operations, we are involved in one of the trickiest and most dangerous operations in the oil and gas marine industry. Knowing this, we have an HSE Philosophy which is designed to promote safety by defining key requirements to protect personnel, assets, and the environment.

Our HSE framework is designed to ensure employee well-being, accident prevention, and environmental protection through well-defined safety standards, protocols, and regulations. Implementing strong HSE policies reduces risks, enhances workplace safety, and ensures compliance with industry best practices. In IOGML, we implement HSE as the main priority in objective and business undertaking. (HSE is the job and part of it).

In marine operations, many accidents occur and lives are lost as a result of personnel exposure to workplace hazards. These hazards are natural with every workplace but controls help to eliminate or put them in check. Considering the high exposure of our personnel due to the high traffic of the terminals we work in; incident reporting and risk management is taken to the utmost highest standard. There is compromise to standards and procedure as nonconformances are immediately followed up to closeout.
